§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Dr. Macnamara)The reply to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the latter part, each case will be considered on its merits; but my right hon. Friend does not anticipate that the publication of results would usually be in the public interest.
