§ Mr. GEOFFREY HOWARD (Lord of the Treasury)The medical and surgical appliances which insurance committees are empowered to supply as part of medical benefit are those specified in the Second Schedule to the Regulations. These are available in suitable cases for the treatment of diseases or accidents, whether arising as a result of the insured person's employment or otherwise.
