§ Mr. BURNSLocal agencies have been substituted for Labour Exchanges at Eckington, Harwich, Hinckley, Rushden, Skipton, Truro, Winsford, and Yeadon. Labour Exchanges have been closed and no local agency substituted at Leith Docks, Sheepscar, Buckton Vale, Burnley (Elm Street), Beeston, Lees, Netherfield, Milnsbridge, and Waterfoot. Other changes, including the substitution of local agencies for Labour Exchanges in some districts and the substitution of Labour Exchanges for local agencies in others are under consideration.
