§ Mr. MONTAGUThe total Grants for the year 1913–14 were as follows:—

§ With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department on the 27th ultimo. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
