§ Mr. WEDGWOOD BENN (Lord of the Treasury)No delay, as far as this Office is concerned, has occurred. The scheme of alteration has been settled; quantities are being prepared, and tenders will be invited as soon as the quantities are ready. It is not anticipated that work will commence before the end of June.
