Mr. NEWMANasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in the event of the Agricultural Rates Act being with drawn in respect of Great Britain, the agricultural Grant payable to Ireland under Section 48 of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898, will also be with drawn; and, if so, will he state the amount by which the Transferred Sum under the terms of the Government of Ireland Bill will be diminished?
