§ Mr. W. BENNA scheme under Section 19 of the National Insurance Act, 1913, is now in preparation for the Port of London. Nothing in the scheme now contemplated will affect in any way the arrangements of approved societies. A draft special Order will be published shortly, and my right hon. Friend will be glad to consider any suggestion from societies whose members are affected by it.
