§ Mr. BURNSThe Chief Industrial Commissioner has been in communication with the parties to the dispute referred to by my hon. Friend, and it is well known that the good offices of the Board of Trade are at their disposal should they desire to avail themselves of them. I understand that at the present time meetings between representatives of the parties are in progress, and I hope that as a result a settlement may be arrived at.
