Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Galway (Barna) Railways and Harbour Bill, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought not to be dispensed with."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne Corporation Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit,"
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Metropolitan and Great Northern Railway Companies Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit,"
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board Bill [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
