§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEI should like to discuss that matter with my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade before giving an answer as to that suggestion.

LOCKER-LAMPSONasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether his proposals for the establishment of clinics, the provision of health lectures, the institution of expert diagnosis, and the provision of further moneys for insured married women will necessitate the passing of a Bill, or whether the money for these purposes can be provided under any existing Acts?
