Ordered, That so much of the Lords Message [7th May] as relates to the appointment of a Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills be now considered.

Lords Message considered accordingly.

Ordered, That a Select Committee of Five Members be appointed to join with a Committee appointed by the Lords (as mentioned in their Lordships' Message of the 7th day of May) to consider all Consolidation Bills of the present Session.

Message to the Lords to acquaint them therewith.

Mr. Cave, Mr. Nield, Mr. John O'Connor, Mr. Radford, and Mr. Charles Roberts nominated Members of the Committee.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.

Ordered, That Three be the Quorum.—[Mr. Gulland.]
