Mr. DUNDAS WHITEasked the Secretary for Foreign Affairs if he will obtain 418 and print as a Parliamentary Paper a translation of the presidential message to the legislature of Uruguay of 20th March, 1914, on the Uruguay Land Tax Reform Bill, together with a translation of that Bill and full particulars of the system of valuation and registration there?
