All applications will be considered by the governing body of the University College, which will, in accordance with the Statutes, make a selection for submission to the senate, who will make the final selection. I have no doubt that all applications will be fully considered by the governing body, and that the senate will select the candidate whom it considers to be the best qualified for the position.
