§ Mr. BURNSThe Board of Trade have no authority to appoint a tribunal with the powers suggested in the question. r understand that the establishment of a means of securing observance of agreements is one of the subjects of the negotiations which are now proceeding with regard to the present difficulties in the London building trade. I may add that, as the hon. Member is no doubt aware, the question of the best method of securing the due fulfilment of industrial agreements formed one of the subjects of a recent inquiry by the Industrial Council. I will send the hon. Member a copy of the report of the council.
