§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)Officers have been selected for the headquarter units of the Territorial Force on mobilisation, though notifications have not in all cases been 174 issued. There has been no reduction in general stores nor in small-arm ammunition, and no reduction is contemplated. The majority of the brigade-majors are Regular officers, and funds have been provided which will enable the remainder of these appointments to be similarly filled.
