§ 49. Mr. CASSELasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that the provisions of the National Insurance Act, 1911, with regard to deposit contributors expire at the end of this year, it is the intention of the Government to introduce legislation at an early date to deal with the position of deposit contributors; whether the Bill for this purpose will be introduced before Easter; and whether ample time will be allowed for the consideration of the Government's proposals on this complicated problem?
§ The PRIME MINISTERAs I recently stated, special investigations in regard to this class of insured persons are in progress, and, until they are completed, it would be premature to make any statement.
