§ Mr. BIRRELLThis estate is the subject of direct sale proceedings from the vendor to the tenants, and purchase agreements at prices agreed upon between the parties have been lodged with the Estates Commissioners. The estate has been inspected, and provided the Commissioners' requirements as to title and other matters are complied with, it is anticipated that the holdings will be vested in the purchasing tenants during the current financial year.
