§ Mr. HOBHOUSEI have received the communication to which the hon. Member refers. The matter has received very careful consideration, and, as I am not pre- 17 pared to make any alteration in the existing arrangements at Hanwell at present, I do not think that an interview, as suggested, would serve any useful purpose.
