§ 51. Mr. DOUGLAS HALLasked the Prime Minister whether the Government can see their way to including in any Bill which may be introduced this Session amending Part I. of the Insurance Act, or affecting the position of deposit contributors under that Act, a Clause giving the Commissioners power to vary the condition requiring a minimum membership of 5,000 for valuation purposes in cases where, in there opinion, it is desirable to do so owing to special circumstances, such as exist in the Isle of Wight and elsewhere?
