§ The CHAIRMANThe first two Instructions, standing in the name of the hon. Member for Horncastle (Captain Weigall) and the hon. Member for Dudley (Sir A. Griffith-Boscawen), go beyond the leave given to the Bill upon its introduction. The third Instruction, standing in the name of the hon. Member for Devizes (Mr. Peto), is out of order, because it proposes to divide the Bill into two parts.
