Mr. McKINNON WOODI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to Appendix K, pages 167 and 168, of the Annual Report of the Fishery Board for the year 1913 (Cd. 7399), from which he will observe that in the case of each such conviction in. 1913 the fine was paid.
