Member for St. George's-in-the-East whether, in accordance with the Government Estimates, the total cost of administration of the National Insurance Act for one year is £4,136,340, made up of 1555 cost of central administration £876,140, administration by committees and societies, payable by them, £2,579,400, and £680,800 payable out of moneys provided by Parliament, or is the latter figure included in the former figure?
