Member for St. George's-in-the-East, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether, in view of the present procedure required to obtain permits to visit the National Gallery, the Tate Gallery, the Wallace Collection, and the portions of Windsor Castle formerly opened to the public, and having regard to the number of Scottish and other visitors at present in London, he will arrange that permits for all these places might be obtained under reasonable conditions either at the office of the Commissioner of Works or at any one central office?
