Mr. ROBERTSONThe Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the circumstances attending the loss of the s.s. "Empress of Ireland" will be published as a Parliamentary Paper immediately on the receipt of the official copy from the Canadian authorities. My right hon. Friend cannot, however, undertake to delay the proceedings on the Merchant Shipping (Convention) Bill as suggested by the hon. Member.
