§ (1) The number of persons who were asked by the Special Commissioners to make returns for Super-tax for each of the years 1909–10, 1910–11, 1911–12, 1912–13, and 1913–14;
§ (2) The number of persons who gave notice that they were liable to Super-tax in each of these years;
