So far as England is concerned, the number of cases in which building is being aided by Capital Grants is sixty-nine. The work has been completed in twenty-two cases; in the remaining cases the plans have been approved by the Local Government Board, 906 and in most of them the buildings are, I assume, in course of erection. In addition, fourteen sites have been approved for the erection of new sanatoria.
