§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. HobhouseOne of the two postmen employed at Bloomfield, county Down, applied to take his annual leave from the 13th instant and the other from the 27th instant, but it was not possible to provide substitutes until the 27th instant. Arrangements have accordingly been made for the leave of these officers to begin on that date.
