HALL (Dulwich)asked the Under-Secretary of State for War if the Army Council has decided to afford facilities for officers of any rank in the Regular Army or Special Reserve to bring before the Military Secretary matters affecting their personal interests; and if it is pro posed to afford corresponding facilities for the non-commissioned officers and men to raise grievances affecting their position?
§ Mr. TENNANTA Special Army Order was published on the 11th inst. dealing with the point raised in the first part of the question. As regards the second part it is not proposed to alter present Regulations.
