§ 66. Mr. C. BATHURSTasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in the event of a new public elementary school being erected in any locality during the remainder of the current year on the demand of a county education authority or of the Board, the whole cost of its erection will be spread over the county or whether, as heretofore, three-fourths of the cost will fall upon the ratepayers in the immediate neighbourhood?
