§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)Yes, Sir, I will ask my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to obtain the desired information with regard to those countries, at any rate, whose constitutional practice is most likely to afford precedents of interest and value to ourselves.
