§ Section sixty-eight of the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910 (which gives to individuals whose total income does not ex- 1648 ceed five hundred pounds relief from Income Tax equal to the amount of tax on ten pounds in respect of every child under the age of sixteen years), shall have effect as if twenty pounds were substituted for ten pounds.
