Mr. CHARLES DUNCANasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that officers of His Majesty's Customs and of the Board of Trade stationed in Penarth are given the same rates of pay as obtain in similar services in Cardiff; and whether he will favourably consider the inclusion of the Penarth Post Office within the Cardiff area and the granting to the staff at that office scales of pay equal to those obtaining in the Cardiff Post Office?
