§ Mr. MONTAGUI am informed that copies of the Report for 1912–13 are still available, and can be obtained from the Stationery Office. The Report for 1913–14, which was presented to Parliament on the 26th ult., is now in the hands of the printers, and I hope that it will be available in August.
