I was going to move to defer the Bill to Monday on the hon. and learned Member's objection, and I said "now" in the usual way. I would remind the hon. and learned Gentleman that he will have another opportunity on the Third Reading, and if he allows this stage to go, I shall endeavour to meet his convenience.
