§ Dr. MACNAMARAAn investigation into the rates of wages and conditions of labour at Stowmarket has been made. During the course of the investigation a schedule of wages has been issued, which has taken effect from 1st January, and this schedule, it is considered, satisfies the conditions of the Fair-Wages Clause?
