§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, except in some instances where it is clear that no duty can in any case be payable. The particulars so recorded may be obtained by purchasers as persons interested in the land.
