§ Mr. CHARLES ROBERTSDrafts of tender forms are being drawn up by the Postmaster-General in communication with the Secretary of State and the Government of India, with the object of inviting tenders for alternative forms of an accelerated or otherwise improved mail service between this country and India. The ultimate decision will of course largely turn on considerations of cost.
