§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)It appears that some Army horses were, on the night of the 15th December last, let out from a grazing on the Ashtown estate which the officer commanding 16th Lancers had hired a few days previously The officer commanding decided to obtain grazing elsewhere, and removed the horses.
