§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Burns)Should it be found possible to introduce an Amending Bill, the provisions of Section 27 would be carefully considered with the other Sections of the Act, but I am not prepared at this stage to specify the exact nature of any of the amendments which would be proposed.
