§ Mr. BURNSThe good offices of the Board of Trade are, as is well known, at the disposal of the parties to the dispute referred to by my hon. Friend, should they desire to avail themselves of them, and the Chief Industrial Commissioner has been in frequent communication with both parties. I understand, however, that at the moment efforts are being made in other quarters to arrange a conference on the matter.
