§ The PRIME MINISTERI have not had sufficient notice to enable me to answer the first part of my hon. Friend's question. Perhaps I may say in this connection that I think it would facilitate matters if, when such short notice is given, a copy of the question could be sent by the hon. Member to the Minister to whom it is addressed as early as possible. As regards the last part, my hon. Friend's suggestion will of course receive careful consideration.
