Mr. ALLEN BAKERasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state what arrangements, if any, have been made to assist traders having debts due to them by customers resident in Germany and Austria; and, if no arrangements have been made, whether he will take the matter into consiredation with a view to assisting traders, whose resources are temporarily locked up in this manner, to keep their works in operation?
