§ The ATTORNEY-GENERAL (Sir John Simon)It is for the Prize Court to decide what advertisement of pending causes is necessary. I have ascertained from the Registry of the Prize Court that in addition to inserting notices in the "Times," notices are also inserted in "Lloyd's List," "The Liverpool Journal of Commerce," and "The Shipping and Mercantile Gazette."
