§ Mr. GEORGE LAMBERT (Civil Lord of the Admiralty)I beg to move, "That leave be given to introduce a Bill to extend to the Naval Forces the provisions of the Army Act relating to the billeting and impressment of carriages, etc., in cases of emergency."
The Bill is giving to the Navy the same powers as are possessed by the Army in cases of military emergency.
