§ Mr. NEVILLEI desire to ask the President of the Board of Agriculture the following question, of which I have given him private notice, namely: Whether he is aware that on 13th August the price of wheat was 8s. per cwt., and that on the same date and place millers were charging 16s. per cwt. for "households" flour, while wheat offals were at the same date and place being sold by the millers at 7s. per cwt.; and whether there was any sufficient warrant for the excessive charges for flour; and whether he will take steps to regulate such charges, which, if persisted in, can only have the effect of inducing farmers to hold up their wheat from market?
