§ Mr. WORTHINGTON EVANSI beg to ask the Financial Secretary of the War Office whether contractors with the War Office for hospital supplies for the year commencing 1st July, 1914, will be allowed to cancel their contracts or revise prices in view of the probable increase in the supplies required and the rise in the wholesale prices, and the ruin which would follow enforcement.
§ Mr. H. BAKERI am afraid I cannot give a general answer to that question. I can assure the hon. Member that if application is made in any particular case I will see that it is considered on its merits.
