§ Resolved, "That it is expedient to authorise the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of such sums not exceeding four million pounds, as may be required, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session, in connection with Housing; and of authorising the Treasury to borrow money on the security of moneys provided by Parliament or the Consolidated Fund by means of terminable annuities or Exchequer bonds for the issue of such sums or the repayment thereof; and to provide for the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred in pursuance of such Act."
