§ Estimate presented of the Sum required to be voted beyond the ordinary Grants of Parliament towards defraying the Expenses which may be incurred during the 1954 year ending 31st March, 1915 for all measures which may be taken for the security of the Country; for the conduct of Naval and Military Operations; for assisting the food supply; for promoting the continuance of trade, industry, business, and communications, whether by means of insurance or indemnity against risk or otherwise; for relief of distress; and generally for all Expenses arising out of the existence of a state of War [by Command]; to lie upon the Table, and to be printed.
