§ The CHIEF SECRETARY for IRELAND (Mr. Birrell)Having regard to the work at present in progress on the western shore of Ballinskelligs Bay, the cost of which will, it is expected, exceed £1,100, the Congested Districts Board are not at present in a position to consider plans for the improvement of the landing accommodation at Rineen.
