KINLOCH-COOKEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is now in a position to say that similar arrangements have been made in regard to relieving the crew of His Majesty's ship "Recovery" as were made in regard to relieving the crew of His Majesty's ship "Resource"; and, if these arrangements have not been made, will he consider the advisability of inquiring into the matter with the object of placing the crews of the two vessels on an equality with regard to out-port service.?
